il sogno del I B&B ecosostenibile in paglia e legno passivo

We are building in Secchiano Novafeltria (RN) the first eco-friendly passive B&B in straw and wood of the Province of Rimini (and probably not only …). After two days we completed the perimeter of the ground floor and almost all the walls. The second round of work with the workshop and 12 participants from overall Italy closed the first floor slab.

Quote of the day (after about 6000 screws tighten…):
1) … and in case of flood, the house would float well … it were not the screws! 😉
2) Now the storm breaks and lightning attracted by all this iron, sets the whole house on fire!
